This package depicts Minot Air Force Base (KMIB) with custom 3-D models made with reference to photographs and videos easily found on the internet. Minot Air Force Base is a United States Air Force installation in Ward County, North Dakota, thirteen miles north of the city of Minot, it is the home of two major wings: the 5th Bomb Wing (B-52H) and the 91st Missile Wing (Minuteman III). Both wings form part of the Air Force Global Strike Command. The airfield also operates 7 Huey N-1 helicopters of the 54th Helicopter Squadron for security response work and other tasks, particularly around the missile fields. The scenery is designed to be used with my AI Huey models and 54th Helicopter Sqn paints, along with the converted B-52 package produced by Military AI Works (MAIW). Links to these aircraft and how to set them up, are given in the manual. A separate version for FSX, has also been uploaded. The P3D package was tested in P3Dv5.4. Users of P3Dv4 (not tested) will probably need to use the FSX version.
