This AI package contains the 13 MH-39A Grey Wolf helicopters that are currently believed to be flying with the United States Air Force for security and support missions, particularly around the strategic missile fields in the northern states of the USA. Developed by Boeing, the Grey Wolf is a variant of the Leonardo AW139, an Italian-built multi-role helicopter. It is intended to replace the ageing Huey UH-1N fleet, used by the USAF in the same role. The first field-ready MH-139A Grey Wolf was delivered to the 341st Missile Wing at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana in March 2024. The package contains 3 models that users can re-assign in the aircraft.cfg file as they wish. They are armed (guns) and unarmed versions with an opening left door, plus an unarmed version with a closed door. An update to my Malmstrom scenery helicopter overlay and traffic file that was included in my previous Huey UH-1 package is also in the new package, the 6 Grey Wolves sharing the ramp with 7 UH-1N Huey’s.
