The files in this zip replace 5 of those originally provided in “HMS Ark Royal Task Force.zip” (MAIW Download Centre). The original package is for FS9, but the replacement files contain a newly hardened ski jump to enable a take off along the deck and up the ramp in a user flyable aircraft when the scenery is used in FSX. The ship itself is now in FSX native code with.dds textures and a replacement traffic file in FSX format is also included. This is an interim conversion, pending further design work for a more complete FSX package. An update to enable the ski jump for FS9 users is available in Ark_Royal _ski_jump_FS9_files.zip.
