Re: retro French Air Force Mirage IV
Thanks Jim didn't realise the French had an airborne alert like the USAF had. 12 Mirages airborne each with H-bomb over France. Bet the public didn't know!

Only saw them out in the Gulf once they'd reverted to the Recce role.VulcanDriver wrote: ↑07 May 2018, 18:37 Thanks Jim didn't realise the French had an airborne alert like the USAF had. 12 Mirages airborne each with H-bomb over France. Bet the public didn't know!

Re: retro French Air Force Mirage IV
The RAF sent crews to train on them when TSR2 was cancelled. They reported it was a joy to fly. Instead we ordered the F111K. The UK Mirage was to be built under licence in the UK with TSR2 Olympus engines installed.

Re: retro French Air Force Mirage IV
Nice model. I used it in my retro RAF set up. That and the TSR2 shared Scampton together

Re: retro French Air Force Mirage IV
FPs for the Mirage IVA of the 60s & 70s.
Flights are between the Mirage IVA bases in France along with flights to some of the UK V-Bomber bases by the CIFAS based at Bordeaux-Merignac.

Re: retro French Air Force Mirage IV
The only reference I can find to traffic is the file "mpai_mirage_IV_traffic1.txt" in the archive..this is just notes, credits, disclaimers etc..

Re: retro French Air Force Mirage IV
Search avsim 2004 ai a/c mirage , it’s by M Pearson. File name mpai_mirage_iv_traffic1.zip
I am looking at it now on my laptop.
Failing this I could send a zip file via email

Jim, my apologies failed to read things properly, what I took to be Flt Plans was incorrect.
Do your Flt Plans reflect the a/c by M Pearson?
