RAF Grob Tutor question

Post by Joseph29 »

I am installing the RAF Grob Tutor's into my P3D and I have a question. On Scramble they all say the Unit is 6FTS (or 727NAS for the Navy ones) then in the Comment column they say where it is based (like RAF Wittering).

Is there a way I can search so I can find out which planes are based at the specific base? For instance how many Grob's are base at RAF Wittering and which ones?

I don't have an answer for that.

However, as I split all flight plans into individual units this is what I did.
Take a copy of the flightplans txt file for safe keeping.
Rearrange the plans in order of their home base.

If there is only one unit on that base then you have your unit. If there are multiple then split them. One note, AEFs use the aircraft of the UASs rather have their own.

Thanks guys.

After I took out the Grob's that went to Finland some of the units only had 2 aircraft left so I wanted to get the right amount of aircraft in each unit.
