Nice to see they finally listened to us wrenches and gave the pilots some tools so they might be able to accurately tell us where on the plane something is broken!

And I thought the aviation Gods had forgotten us!

Ha well on the Typhoon very often the Pilot will come in saying its serviceable and its not when they plug it in. It just decides what problems arent vital and doesnt bother the pilot with it in flight.

Too clever for me.

Big question here. Does anyone have any photos of the F-22 with external pylons and Fuel tanks etc showing. Ive looked all over the net and cant seem to find any. Its pissing me off, I may have to just guess if I cant find any.

Thanks in advance

Same sort of thing

Note I presume it carry's bombs internally. Only Fuel on inner pylon and Air to Air on outer.

Barry

Edit.. A good website dedicated to F22. Lots of snaps

Thanks for eveyones help there. I got there in the end. Unfortunately there isnt as much detail on this birds configs as for the F15, I suppose because it is still undergoing trials and evaluation really.

So the model will be as follows:

7 LODs

Clean model
Armed model with only Sidewinders in fuselage stations
2 Tanks no external weapons
4 tanks no external weapons
4 tanks and 8x external amraams plus 2x internal sidewinders

If there are any other models people think would be appropriate then please let me know, Dont bother asking for the lower internal bay though, you cant see it in flight or on the ground so Ive not and will not be modelling it. Just more polys for something that wont be seen.

Hopefully will have this out not much after the F15s

OK the F-22 model is now complete. Awaiting repaints and a simple BETA testing before it is released.

This will be an immediate release as soon as it is ready. I will give MAIW a small head up with a model posted on the ftp site for flightplanners to use, but it will be release on AVSIM and FLIGHTSIM.COM not long after, so that those outside us may also benefit.

I bow down to your awesomeness :)

You have single-handedly filled up Langley between the F-22 and the upcoming F-15. Many thanks.

OK Big news on the NBAI F-22.

It will be up on the ftp site some time tonight I hope for people to download and use for their packages. I will release it on avsim.com and flightsim.com the following weekend.

One texture but a full paintkit which will make it very easy to repaint. 5 different loadouts and multi LODs.

Hope you enjoy. I'll post when its uploaded so you all know.
