AI BK117 / EC145

Post by Cheetah_D »

Hi there,

Can anyone please direct me as to where I may, if at all, find an AI BK117 or EC145.
This seems to be one helluva difficult heli to find, especially for AI.

Thanks

I don't think they exist. See the sticky above.

With the exception of some minor changes to the VC, I don't see much of a difference between the Final & Beta2 version, that sat up on the shelf for over 2 yrs. :?

If you know how to fly chopper's well. The BK117 will fly good. Flew it out of Langley AFB for about 10 minutes.

I fortunately have both the Beta and the Final Edition BK117 but unfortunately cannot find any AI model. This is a great helicopter and the first one that I can actually fly on the hard setting in realism (FS2004). I honestly do not know how to convert the files to AI otherwise I would. I have been busy with some AI traffic for the South African Air Force and was looking for an AI model that I could repaint and add to my FS2004 traffic. I have repainted the Final Version of the BK117 and here are some screenshots

I have no problem flying copters (real-world, nor virtual), been flying them since 1969. :) My favorite scenery for flying copters is Mannheim - EDFM. :)

Cheetah,
Due to the limitations for helos within Flightsim, its recommended to fly about 3 clicks left of "Hard". If you need other set up help check the home page of Hovercontrol.com for all FS rotary wing flight issues.
