Guys this package has been on and off my hard drives since 2008. I'm sure more up to date and accurate information is available for these bases and aircraft.

However it was long overdue to get this out to the public so the models can be enjoyed.

We are going to work on getting the rest of the Swedish Gripen models, the C models and other D models released to you guys when we have a chance.

Make sure you let this scenery overwrite your previous ESIB (Satenas) scenery as this one has the AFD updated for Gripen parking.

I almost forgot to mention that Mike MacIntyre has set up the models so that they land and take off in 800 meters. This was a requirement of the actual aircraft so that it could be used from remote highway bases around Sweden.

My original plan was to include a remote highway base for the aircraft to operate to and from. This however proved problematic as everyone has different roads and terrain elevations in their FS9 installations. That being the case, what worked with one setup for a highway base did not work on another setup. So there proved no practical way to make this work for everyone, even default setups.

However if you wish, you can set up your own highway bases and you only need an 800 meter stretch of road for the models to use!

If you mean the rest of the Swedish Gripens, there are no further packages planned from us for the Gripens. However I believe Kevin is planning to release the rest of the models individually here in a few days for you guys to enjoy.

I don't have the time but for someone who does, there are two other operational Gripen wings that use the C models, F17 and F21.

Thats what i mean. There are 2 sqadrons left. Would be nice if they will be released soon.
But also they use all models.

I know what you mean but if it has taken Mike 4 years to be able to get this package released, soon maybe a bit too early.

Once I find out which models weren't used they will be released on Marks site -

http://marksfsrepaints.jimdo.com/wsai-models/

The paintkit(s) may take a wee bit of time to get in order.

I love the gripen package, it brings both fantastic AI Gripens and my nearest airport, Uppsala to my flightsim world. Thank you very much for your hard work and dedication. You guys and gals rock =)

I just have a small suggestion, stationed at the same Uppsala base is the ambulance helicopter from Akademiska sjukhuset at Uppsala. It would be nice, both as a feature but also for added realism if you could add it to the package. I know it is not really a military addon but it is a rescue helicopter (sort of at least)

I can give you some photos of it if you should decide to give it a go =)

Thank you again.

Hi Swimeye,

Unfortunately, there's no good low poly AI version of the Dauphin that we're aware of. :?

Glad you enjoy my Gripens.

Another problem with the Dauphin is the lack of good 3-views that include some cross sections
In fact it's a common issue with almost all helo's!
