Guess I'll be the first to ask, I have the "older" pack with all the HTAI C-130's and callsigns. I've got a full ramp with every Herc squadron. Is this an update?

We have never released a LRAFB package. You may have the SEANG package that has the ANG C-130 unit based there...and that's fine. Otherwise, we don't have anything else out there.

I also have that 'other' pack also.
You might be best served to delete 1 of them and not use both.

There could be some conflicts in AFCAD's and/or flightplans.

Well I just installed this pack and I am just amazed by the number of C-130's at Little Rock. The place is packed! I never seen so many C-130's at one base before.

But that other pack was a ANG pack. And this pack is regular Air Force right? (I did delete the AFCAD from that other pack)

I'd have to check to be sure.
I'm reinstalling FS right now so it will be this weekend before I can say.

I'm sure someone else knows the particulars with the other package.

There is only ONE official Little Rock AFB package by MAIW, there was a Little Rock AFB AI package released by a third party that looked somewhat like our format a couple months back but it was not ours, there is however the ANG unit that is based there that is in our Southeast ANG Package:
http://library.avsim.net/esearch.php?Ca ... LID=110251

the Southeast ANG package uses an outdated copy of the Little Rock AFCAD, use the version in this release to have the latest version

I just checked and it turns out I did delete that other pack released by the third party, I did keep the AFCAD for it though. But now that this new MAIW pack is out I deleted the old AFCAD I had and installed the new one.

Thats the one, I knew it wasnt a MAIW pack but it was pretty good. I grew up at Little Rock with Hercs flying over my head daily. You guys did a good job with it.

Little Rock AFB

Post by jfw0371 »

Hello,
I looked all over and could not find Little Rock AFB. I checked the different MAIW forums and couldn't find an answer either as to why it wasn't there. (didn't want t be to much of a boob). Will it be back, or am I not aware of something?

Thank you,
Jim

Check the MAIW or the Military AI reference on my site, Jim. It should be listed on both.
Cheers,
Martin

You're right Jim, I missed it when I made the packages list. Thanks for reporting.

It's still on Avsim too, however. :smt001

KLRF has gone totally C-130J except for the ANG Wing. Has this package been updated to full "J" models?

There has not been an update since the original release.
