BTW, I've checked the whole sceneries included and they look great!
Nice to see some civilian aircraft at Marrakech too!
I hope you guys will include such simple sceneries in the future package, they are very nice and above all they don't kill framerates!

They have done so many times in the past - especially recently. I think we can expect some good packages in the future and I am really thankful for that. (I need a hats-off smiley.)

The whole point of having the multiple MAIW scenery libraries and all those addon folders is so that we can provide at least some basic scenery with most of the packages. With a nice library of our own objects now and permission to use others in our packs, our package contributors need not be scenery designers in the sense of having to model each object. Instead they just need a scenery object placement program and some creativity to spice up even the most desolate location. If they need additional specialized objects or custom designed objects, several of us can then make those objects for them to include in their package. That then gives the packages a very nice look and feel and gives you guys something to look at other than a basic AFCAD file.

So I hope you guys don't mind having a folder for both scenery libraries and one for land class in addition to the local scenery folder for a particular base. While it may mean a little more "fluff" to each package, the end result is a better overall package for everyone.

Off topic here for a sec, but does MAIW ever have a server hosted or any events as a community? (Fly-ins etc)...

We don't, just not enough interest among the staffers to make it happen. Very few of us actually "fly" inside the sim any more. Mostly just develop stuff.
