AFS Design Typhoon question

Post by Joseph29 »

I have the AFS Design Typhoon pro 2 and I just noticed there is a pro 3 version out (it has been on Simmarket since June 2013). Is it worth getting the newer plane since I already have the pro 2 version?

Here is the Simmarket link so you know what plane I am talking about

Don't bother. These typhoons are extremely finnicky, and the version three really is all the same stuff with a new "tractor" load option. Stupid. I love Eurofighters, and the VC and mechanics of this plane are great, but the way it handles and maneuvers takes alot of adjusting and to me still feels wrong, ie too fast, too touchy, very finnicky. I don't even use it anymore.

Just my opinion man. Don't waste the money on it.

I notice that also (the plane being very fast and to touchy). I was flying the plane last week (the v2) and I was on final and had some wind, when I adjusted for the wind I almost did a full roll with the plane!
