Virtavia C-17 question

Post by Joseph29 »

Right now I use the Area 51 C-17, but I am thinking of switching to the Virtavia C-17. I know the panel is better on the Virtavia model but how is the visual model and flight dynamics on the Virtavia model compared to the Area 51 model?

(I use FS9)

No one has the Virtavia C-17? I guess I will stick with the Area 51 C-17.

Sorry no, I looked at both during some recent sales but purchased the remaining A51 helos I didn't have. I think I would go with the Virt, as most in my former AF based VA flew that one. There is the freeware UKMIL version as well, not sure if it's FS9 or not.

I have the Virtavia, not bad. I'd say it's worth it. Handles really well just like the real aircraft, panel is nice and pretty functional, don't remember if I had to add my own soundset or not though. If that is the case, find your favorite P&W 757 soundset....it's the same engine 8)
