Any FS Sound package gurus out there?

I'm looking for someone who knows about producing a sound package to give me a hand. I know nothing of the process, but want to create a sound package for my Skyhawk simulator.... I have access to cockpit recordings (via youtube), just need a steer in the right direction

I've looked at commercially available packages, and none make the sort of sound I want.....
