Flightsim Manager

Hi
Does anyone use Flightsim Manager from ranaimside.com? I now get a message when I try to open it, saying that the version is very old, and to go to ranainside.com to download a newer version. I cannot get on to that website, and the newest version an Avsim is 2.8.5, which is what I am using. I also tried to email the tech support address in the help files and it was returned. I found it to be very useful, does any one know of a utility that does the same things? I use it for automatically renumbering fltsim sections in configs, and for renumbering scenery layers when they go off, which mine do if I move them up or down in the priority layer in the scenery library.

soorry, hadnt seen this post up until now, to use it you ned to change the date on your computer back to 2006 or before and it'll work just fine

Well that explains why I couldn't reinstall it.

There is an excellent script available at avsim (search for startfsm.zip) which :

• stores the current date
  sets an appropriate date for Flightsim Manager and starts it
  sets the date back to your real date
