Sorry but that service was withdrawn some years ago.
We became victims of our own success and the person who built and maintained that page left the hobby. It became so out of date that it had to be removed.

If you are looking for a KBIX AFCAD for FS2004 then I may be able to help. Not sure how good it is as I no longer have FS2004 on a PC just a backup of my setup before I chopped to P3Dv4.

On closer inspection that is the one I have. For P3Dv4 I use the one by Allen Laughmiller thats available on Avsim with a couple of amendments to make it P3D compatible.

I have uploaded my version to the library.

Made with ADE and Sbuilder. Devoid of buildings.

If someone has an interest in expanding the scenery I will supply the image I used and instructions on how to place the image in ADE.
The bgl should import into ADE for FSX so I am told.

Gulfport-Biloxi should appear at around the same time.

I would definitely class that as a development.

If only some the middle eastern AFBases would look like this. For example Al Dafrah in UAE.
