The HAS sizes in the identified Scenery Files are to small at 39 ft, I extended mine to 59 ft, and the Typhoons appear

So I think that either you have other ETNN scenery that is stamping over the top of it or you have one or more excludes affecting your scenery.
The only other thing I can think of is that you have created a separate folder for this scenery but haven't activated it.

Try double-checking for these things.
I have the files in my add on scenery/scenery file. Did a check using afcad221 & only one AFCAD in use! Maybe a/c not there due to parking size? I'm still baffled why those hangers not showing though!

The file as released by Gert has most of the Parking set at 12m radius and the default for the NBAI Typhoon is 13m. You will have to either, change the parking radius in the ADE file or amend the parking radius of the aircraft using AIAE.

There are also 6 Orphan Parking spots in the scenery which means that any aircraft the sim has parked on those spots will disappear as soon as they try to taxi, these can easily be hooked-up using ADE.

That would indeed be a reason why the traffic doesn't appear. I checked my system and found I didn't have the issue as years ago, when Nick released it I altered the radius of the models to 8m, to match the real size, so this is the reason that I didn't get that issue.

For those interested the default model radius is not a mistake by Nick it is due to the fact that the model radius is determined to encompass the entire model and not only the parts that appear in certain circumstances.
In this case the fire extinguisher equipment when parked is what increases the default size. Another common cause is drag chutes.

For FSX'ers, latest ADE works fine with the only issues are tree alphas and QRA shelter parking size, easy fix to this great looking GAF scenery!

Unfortunately checking with afcad221 is not good enough. If something is stamping over the scenery then it would like be a bgl that has an exclude.
To give you an example I once spent a month trying to get Warton to show up only for me to find that elsewhere on my system I had two excludes for the Warton area. You need something like the Everything search tool and look for ALL files with ETNN in the name, and then work from there.
I have also experienced things in the past that affected Wattisham and Fairford for the same reason.

You need to dig deeper that simple afcads.
