German Air Force Tornadoes

Post by sprocky »

Hi,

since I have finished my German Navy Tornado project I was looking for something new to do. I received a request from someone here (do not know if I should mention his name here) to do some FPs for German Air Force Tornadoes. Therefore I need the list of registrations and to which base they belong. Can anybody help me ? I have found a good source for Tornadoes built and written off (tornado-data.com) but it is incomplete. Airliners.net is a good source, too, but I am not sure if there are photographs of ALL regs.

Thanks
Jan

Have you see this one? Think it would make a great repaint.

This a/c was called the "Blue Lightning". Althouch it has been painted in camo now it maybe a colorful addition to the pack. I think I saw a repaint of this special livery already somewhere (avsim? or Graham King ?). Let you know where to get once I have found it.

It's a repaint of the DSB Tornado by Sebastian Hecker. At Flightsim.Com search for blueligh.zip (mind the missing 't').

Cheers,
Martin

Thanks Martin.

I used the DSB for AI already (testing my MFG2 FPs) but if you have a fleet it has a great affect on my framerate. Anyway, it might be a good repaint to fly with

He probably wanted to link to that page:

http://www.f-40.de/fset/f40.html

But I could not find information about the Tornadoes.

Just wanted to let you know the status of my project:

reg search done
flightplans 23 of 46 done

Due to little spare time it takes longer than I thought first. And sometimes I use FS to fly

Flightplans uploaded to avsim.

http://library.avsim.net/search.php?Sea ... &Go=Search

Probably not as perfect as the regular MAIW packages but I guess still pretty good :)

Feel free to tell me what you think about the plans.
