@hermit
Nice find on the Rucker stuff. It may be a good starting point for something better.

@jimrodger
I haven't found anything on my system but if I find something I will let you know.

@Joseph29
Yes I saw that but I am not a person that needs to have his system 100% accurate. I like retro stuff and incorporate a lot of it.
My thinking is that if somebody can be bothered to create something for my benefit then I am going to respect that and use it - if it suits me.
So still hoping that these get done as well.

I am pretty sure I saw the SHAPE repaints for the JYAI model here in the forums. I don't know which thread it was though.

This might be the reason that nobody has done a Fort Rucker package yet.
Search avsim for Dexter Eadie. Over 10 years old but basic AFCADs and plans for the Rucker AHPs. Better than nothing especially as we now have some proper AI models.
Had them on my system, but had somehow missed installing.... thanks for the reminder.

The base for the S-70C-6 Super Bluehawk is also done now.

So there should just be a few things to tidy up and a quick check to make sure I didn't mess up comparability with the flight plans and then off to uploading they go.

The ROCAF S-70Cs have gone to the upload queue.

And while I'm still in ROC mode...

Are these paints for the US Blackhawk models or the ROKAF Blackhawk models? I am just a bit confused with the new Blackhawk_A_remap model.

isn't there a Blackhawk_A_remap model included? If so the paints are for that model.

Yes there is a Blackhawk_A_remap model included, but is it for the US Blackhawk base model or the ROKAF base model?

edit: never mind, it's for the US Blackhawk base model :oops:

Model list:
S-70C-1 and S-70C-1A are on the included remapped A model
S-70C-6 are on the US Army L Wing model, but should work on the L model that doesn't have wings if you don't want the fuel tanks (never seen a picture of them with the wings removed)
S-70C(M) will be on the US Navy MH-60R model when I finish them.

Apparently there isn't the JYAI_Black_Hawk_t.bmp file in the 7009 folder (FS9 version)

One of these days I'm going to figure out how the FSX texture is there but not the FS9 one when the process at the same time from the same file. Until I resolve that mystery, here's a replacement file.

So, what happened to those S-70C(M) Thunderhawks I teased back up the thread?

I decided that I couldn't set them free on the world without somewhere for them to live. So....

So, paints are done, flight plans are done and now the airbase is only a couple of days from being ready.
