Okay, not a big deal, I just needed to know how FSX is presenting things on your end. There are three possible solutions that may fix the issues, but since I don't have ORBX, I can't test them... you'll have to try each out and see if it fixes things.

The first option, and least likely to work is to simply toss the CVX file from the Pendleton scenery folder into the ORBX scenery folder.

The second, and more likely to work option is to push Pendleton below ORBX in the scenery stack. This will give it a higher priority call and in theory should cause the CVX file to over ride the ORBX scenery. This will of course give you the grass texture instead of the ORBX texture, but should kill the trees.

The third solution may be a long shot, but might be worth trying first since it's a simple text edit and won't change any of the ORBX texture displays: Check the last post on page 4 and page 5 of this thread:

I'm really curious about the trees though. The Pendleton scenery is covered in excludes, so they shouldn't be there at all. Can you post a screen shot of where the trees are?

My quick-fix right now has been to transfer parking spaces from your KNFG to ORBX's KNFG. ORBX's is good but not as good as yours. However ORBX includes a lot more scenery outside of KNFG, like the warehouses across the highway not to mention other structures around Pendleton. I am trying to upload some screen shots for you, I just haven't figured out how yet. (Webspace is something new for me) I am intrigued by the third solution, it may work in other locations as well.

Unfortunately, it doesn't appear that any of the images are working.

Thank you for this scenery, nice work.

I downloaded and installed this today, and was having same issue using ORBX. I am running P3Dv4. Your post above led me to look at the terrain.cfg file as discussed on the fltsim.com forum. There was no issue with the Rendering Priority, but in entries [texture.264] to [texture.267] I changed the "Exclude Autogen=No" to "Yes". Restarted the sim and no more trees. I had this issue at another airport as well that used photo scenery that I tried to get rid of, as soon as I did the airport was covered in trees. No longer have that problem after making the above changes.

Without disabling the KNFG_SCA_OBJ.bgl a couple of the ORBX hangars and buildings bleed through. Disabling that file will fix that and remove the warehouses adjacent to the base. For some reason, if the custom scenery is listed above ORBX in the scenery library, ORBX still bleeds through, and I have to disable the individual ORBX files to get the look I want.
