This little series here is how i made my RON(rest over night) flights....i make them do a very short pattern where they take off from and then fly to their destinations. My issue here is the last part...where the days switch from Friday to saturday, when the time is only 7PM. Its really starting to get frustrating and i was finally getting everything moving along. I have about 18 more flight plans to make and this bump is really bothering me. Any help you guys can give would be awesome. Thanks, and btw, your guys packages add a great deal of transients to my base, love seeing what shows up while im working on it.4/22:00,4/22:15,100,F,971,KBLV,4/22:20,4/23:55,350,F,971,KCOS,5/17:50,5/18:05,100,F,971,KCOS,5/18:20,5/19:37,250,F,971,KDMA,5/20:34,5/22:48,300,F,971,KLRF,5/23:54,6/00:39,250,F,971,KBLV

Scott AFB
Hello, Im new to this whole AI thing, my buddy got me interested in it and i took it up. Im doing very well so far and have made great strides in a week, i will post screenshots of my work in progress soon. I have all my aircraft for the base, C-9C, C-40, C-21 and KC-135R. I repainted all the 135s the unit has with the exception of their nose arts, i ant find enough info for each aircraft. The C-21s are from the Andrews packages here, although i added a few repaints of them(new modexs). The only issue i am having is with the flight planning times. I know you have to do it with GMT, but why the heck does it change my days when the GMT is 00:00? Here in CDT its only 7PM and it changes it a whole day and screws my flights up that last over 7PM. Here is a flight planner part where it does it....
Hi, welcome to forum.
Your personal frustration is one that we suffer from ourselves and quite often we have to work around, as you are trying to do, rather than through it.
It really seems quite simple, the problem that is, in as much as the flights are in GMT, as you are aware, whereas the day is determined locally. It really doesn't make sense, but we have yet to find a way around it, doing our EP-3E Aries II package was a nightmare because of the nature of the long distance transits, and the fact that the timezone was 8 hours behind GMT. Something I know you can understand.
Sorry, that we currently can't help but we always have hope that a small voice wilderness will cry "Oh, I know how to fix that".

I believe so, if you have to do long international flights probably best to do them early in the a.m. local, just after midnight GMT.Flyin Illini wrote:So if i mess with my times that follow along the time zones of the US lower 48 such as EDT,CDT, MDT,PDT it should possibly maybe work out?

Ok guys here is a few early shots of Scott...the AFCAD isnt a 100% by no means but there is no traffic running into each other, i tried to make it as best i could with the knowledge i got from being on the base sometimes.
These shots are early becuase i only have the C-21s up to date.
In the flightplan list, i have 22 C-21s that fly in and out, at the most you will find 19 when the finished copy is done.

Generally speaking if you have a weekly plan for an aircraft it will show up whether it flys or not.
There are some strange unexplained times that they don't, but lets hope you don't get those.

That's really weird....I live in O'Fallon, IL. I'm like 15 minutes away from Scott AFB. I've seen pretty much every plane and helicopter the U.S. Air Force has. If you need info about Scott or the Airshow; I put the website for Scott AFB's homepage and the official airshow homepage below.

My issue still and is preventing me from working on this further is this issue of airplanes not being where they are supposed to be on days they arnt flying. here is my entire C-9 flightplan:
Could someone please help me understand why they refuse to show up on days they arnt flying, also i just noticed this, on wednesday (3), that it doesnt show up at the airport . I understand why people break keyboards over this lol.AC#11,0,1%,Week,IFR,1/14:15,1/15:46,300,F,971,KADW,1/16:30,1/17:50,260,F,971,KHOP,1/18:45,1/19:19,180,F,971,KBLV,1/22:15,1/23:46,300,F,971,KADW,1/00:30,1/01:50,260,F,971,KHOP,1/02:45,1/03:19,180,F,971,KBLV,3/18:30,3/20:01,300,F,971,KADW,3/22:00,3/22:28,160,F,971,KLFI,3/00:00,3/01:36,350,F,971,KBLV,4/22:00,4/22:15,100,F,971,KBLV,4/22:10,4/23:52,350,F,971,KCOS,5/17:50,5/18:05,100,F,971,KCOS,5/18:00,5/19:17,250,F,971,KDMA,5/20:14,5/22:28,300,F,971,KLRF,5/23:34,6/00:19,250,F,971,KBLV,0/21:00,TNG0/01:00,100,F,971,KBLV,0/01:03,0/01:18,100,F,971,KBLV

If i'm not mistaken, I see a couple problems in your flight plan. First is that u didn't change the days over to the next day after 00:00 time. I notice this on the 1st to 2nd day and 3rd to 4th day. Second is u have two 15min flights on the 4th and 5th days which the next leg starts 5 min before the 15min legs end.
