I think there's only been one delivered so far with many on order. The Kuwaiti one is the one in service I believe.

United Charter 747-400 for Juergen Baumbusch's repaint, available on his website (link provided in the zip). This aircraft is used also for military charters, so it will show up in US military airports around the globe.
