Cracking vide Dale :smt023 .

I do have a couple of questions though. How do you get the back seat view in the Iris Tornado? And how have you got the AAR probe to work, as I noticed you had it out when meeting up with BOB, I've never managed to get my AAR probe to function :(

Very cool! I haven't flown the Iris Tornado in a while.

Question at about 4:20 in the video you are flying in a valley with mountains on either side. Where is that?? I have wanted to do that in my sim but haven't found a good place to do that.

Thanks guys appreciate it.

@Sluffer77 - To get the back seat view in the Tornado, go into the Tornado's cfg and scroll down to a line of text that says eyepoint=14.0, 0, 2.3 and change it to eyepoint=9.4, 0, 2.5
Be sure to back up the original eyepoint so you can revert back to it when you want. To get the refueling probe to work you have to press SHIFT E 2, however sometimes it doesn't always work for me so I downloaded a door control panel so I can click a button and it pops out. It does only work for the aircraft you are flying though as you can see from the video.

@Joseph29 - I flew around the Scottish Highlands for the low level stuff, I do have some freeware terrain mesh installed which makes a big difference as the default terrain is very poor really. I have attached the flightplan I followed for it

Thank you very much Dale, I shall have a play around.

It's been many a disappointing flight for me that I couldn't get the AAR probe out on it lol.

    Thanks for the comments.

It took about a five days to record everything, a day to record into video files and then a day to edit and put it together.

I agree, it's just outstanding and it really demonstrates really what flight simulation is all about. Never mind the construction of the video which is a masterpiece, the flying itself is so realistic. The break of the Tornado's recorded from the back of the Herc is breath-taking, particularly set to that music.

I'm left with one question though. How did you record and synchronise 3 flights - the two Tornado's and the Herc/VC10? I presume you fly flights 2 and 3 against a playback of the previously recorded flight?

When you fly you can record it, for example the herc and tonka scene. I flew the Herc and recorded while it was flying using FSRecorder, then what FSRecorder allows you to do is play it back but with you in another aircraft so for this scene it was the lead Tornado which then allow me to form up with the Herc, and then you record that flight and that records both the Herc and Tornado, and you just keep going until you have enough aircraft in.

Thanks for the comments guys really appreciate it
