I made that scenery a couple of years ago for myself and had planned on uploading it.
Right now I can't recall but there were a few problems with it that I gave up on.
At the time I made it for FSX and when moving to P3D there were problems....

I just took a look at what I had done for Draken and NOAA. The main reason I decided not to upload it was that I used a KLAL payware add-on for the base. I do not know if the mods/additions I added to include Draken and NOAA would work without it. I will see if I can separate what I did. If successful I could email to you.
