This is 339 from Lago, but if you want a freeware model, there is a good one on Flightsim made by Massimo Taccoli. It is not an AI model.

I couldn't tell, either the Bristish "Red Arrows" demo team or the Canadian "Snowbirds" demo team. Both fly BAE Hawks

Had me going too! You're probably getting confused by the paint job for the Snowbirds in the DSB Hawk 100 package.
