Trouble with ADE9X

Hello all,
I reinstalled my whole setup and FS9 is up and running, but tonight I reinstalled ADE9X and I don't manage to compile any scenery.
Here is the error

ScruffyDuck Scenery Design Engine Compiling
Using UNKNOWN BglComp....

INTERNAL COMPILER ERROR C1003: Failed to create MSXML object! (0x80040154)

Parsing document: C:\Users\Giacomo\Desktop\LIRS_ADE9_GG.xml

ERROR C2470: Unrecoverable error parsing XML!
ERROR C2006: Parse failed (0x80004005)
ERROR C2003: Failed to process file: C:\Users\Giacomo\Desktop\PAEI_ADE9_GG.bgl

I then remembered that ADE9X has an environment checker and here is the screen

As you can see, it looks for FSX... but I don't have FSX!
Is anybody able to tell me what happened?

Did you run Owl Tools - ADE9x Environment Checker after install. It looks like you dont have the correct MSXML installed.

Dont worry about the FSX line, I dont have it and the same thing comes up. But I do have msxml 4 in mine and it runs fine.
