Trouble with MRAI compiler

Hello all,
I decided I to try the MRAI FP compiler in order to make (and share) some flightplans.
After downloading the zip from Avsim I tried to run it (Win 7), but I get a message stating that comctl32.ocx is missing/unregistered.
I tried to d/l the forementioned file and used the command prompt (regsvr32 comctl32.ocx) to register it but got no result.
Any idea on how to sort this out?

Sorted out. I installed the stuff suggested in the third post. Hope somebody will find this useful.
