Check out Avsim. There are plenty of repaints there, though you might need to convert them from FS9 schemes. The JBAI model is more appropriate for the Dominie, and that's available in both red'n'white and 55 Sqn black.

Re: raf 55 squadron and 32 squadron hs125 for HTAI hs125 model
hi guys just seen on avsim that there is a repaint pack containing 12 aircraft of 32 squadron in the 1980s for the htai hs125 model. of course these are in fs9/2004 format. do i need to convert these or copy and paste them to the p3d folder?

This is the HTAI BAe125-700 in 32 Sqn livery, plus the JBS Dominie in 1980s red. These are converted for FSX/P3D in MCX (you can see I haven't tackled the lights!) with the textures converted to DXT5 using DXTBMP.

Dave, the HTAI HS-125 has been converted by the MAIW team, and they've no doubt done a much better job than I did. That's here. The .bmp paints in the FS9 repaint pack you've found will probably work in P3D, but it's easy to convert them to DXT5 format using dxtbmp (get it here). You'll need to then update the aircraft.cfg file with all the new paints (the readme in the repaints file should have all the info you need).
All the information about converting aircraft and paints from FS9 to FSX/P3D is here.

They’re JBS also. I think they might be in the Hangar here as well, but if not you’ll find them on Avsim. They don’t bear close scrutiny by modern standards, but they’re fine for retro AI.

Lovely to see XS712 - A again.
First line in my logbook as a U/T AEOp 3:00 day on 21 July 1980.
Many thanks
Jim

Despite spending 5 years at Finningley, I never got a ride in a Dominie. Shame, really.

Loved flying in it. Did quite a few trips with ex-Arrows pilot. Scary when the "adults" were down the back chatting to the Navs and left you all on your lonesome up the front.TimC340 wrote:Despite spending 5 years at Finningley, I never got a ride in a Dominie. Shame, really.
