Italian Aermacchi MB339A Frecce Tricolori 60th Anniversary

Post by Tranquil »

Special designs applied to the Aermacchi MB339A PAN of 313 ° Gruppo Addestramento Acrobatico "Frecce Tricolori" of the Italian Air Force, based in Udine / Rivolto AB, to celebrate 60 years of aerobatic team.

On May 23, 2021, the Aeronautica Militare (Italian Air Force) unveiled Six MB-339 aircraft of the Frecce Tricolori display team, sporting brand new special tail markings. The six surprise “liveries”, inspired by the Italian Air Force display teams that represented Italy and its Air Force in the decade before the Frecce Tricolori were officially established.

Appreciate the comments guys, these took me a while to complete as i re made all the designs from scratch using low res images, im also sure that the rest of the fleet will also be put into these schemes having a pair of each design..

Much thanks
