Don't know if it's a celebrative livery for Kim Jong Un (in the middle of the photo) but I think it's the first time we see a good photo of a NK MiG-29!

Thanks, not sure about the camo, green up top and blue undersides??? With the pilot's flight suit, looks like you could almost substitute an early gen Mig in the background and never notice.
