Yeovilton Air Day 2016

Yep more photos from myself, been a busy year so far. This event was well over a month ago now & I've only just uploaded the pics. This time the weather was favourable, all be it shooting into the sun but you can't have everything , with some excellent displays. There was a good mix of pretty much every aircraft subject either on the ground or in the air, the show was a homage to the venerable Westland Lynx which leaves the senior service shortly, the show also displayed the Westland Merlin doing the traditional commando assault at the end, 6 Merlin's flying around was stunning to watch.
