Re: A.I. flaps question
Ok, Im back with report - yeees! It works as it should, I use this Rot X function (set up as Zero here).
In taxi and take off I see flaps like on 30-45 deg. After reach 155 kts they are closed .
Sometimes it is not worth giving up but fighting to the end, then the satisfaction is greater . TY John!
I hope this "investigation" helps to the others too.
btw. now I will try to Cessan Bird dog, so I need something like 80 kts for flap. I must edit now this entry in modeldef = 155 <, for 80 before saving the model (so do it each time if I change a kind of model, Am I right?)

Re: A.I. flaps question
Yes indeed on both counts. Yes, stick with it and learn something, particularly if you can apply it to other models. Yes you need to change the speed trigger value for each aircraft type.
If you didn't know, which is useful for all xml code, the lag value in the code, controls how quickly the part moves. Lower = slower.
Well done,
John

Yes, works great.
About this non default animation - the rest of users will see it (its hard coded) too or I must do something more?

Re: A.I. flaps question
Should be fine for everyone. You have incorporated the code into the model when you compiled it.
