    They are made to order at Duxford Mike. Around £1.2m a go I think. Each year the Duxford Flying Legends air show ends with a large formation "Balbo" of war birds. Here's one of my shots:

    The sight is terrific, but the sound is amazing.

    That certainly explains why there are enough Spitfires flying for that large a flyby.
