Dear Spotters, 348 Squadron would like to inform you that the Spotters Day selection process has finished after it far surpassed any of the initial expectations. More than five hundred (535) spotters in total, coming from 28 countries, will have the unique opportunity to see and photograph for the last time in European field the Phabulous Recce Phantoms.

The process will continue with the information, from Spotters' side, of the corresponding Embassy in Athens, sending also a copy of your passport. After checking of personal data from the competent Greek authorities, the final list of participants will be drawn.
348 Squadron will update you about anything new and will also send you very soon detailed information about the event. If you have any enquiries regarding the Spotters Day event feel free to contact 348 Squadron via 348.spotters@gmail.com.

Transfer of Withdrawn RF-4E from the 114th CW to the HAF Museum

Within the context of its historical public display and in order to utilize its withdrawn assets, the HAF Museum managed to enrich its exhibition with a new resource. With that being said, on Wednesday April 5th, 2017, HAF staff managed to disassemble, transfer and reassemble an RF-4E aircraft from the 114th Combat Wing at Tanagra Air Force Base to the HAF Museum at the Dekaleias Air Force Base in Tatoi.
