Today

Mirage 2000D crash in Haut-Doubs: debris and parachute found

A Mirage 2000D-type aircraft from Nancy-Ochey Air Base disappeared from radar on Wednesday morning between Doubs and Jura. Two people were on board. First debris was found at the border between the two departments.

Many units are mobilized to try to find the two occupants, a man and a woman, the missing device.
The perimeter extends. Access is totally forbidden.
An army helicopter came to report the sightings to the gendarmes.

The Chief of Staff of the French Air Force, General Philippe Lavigne, and all French airmen, have the sadness to announce the death of the crew of the Mirage 2000D, sought since yesterday in the Jura.
