Scheduled maintenance completed: Changes to the forums

Post by Greg »

Hey guys,

You will notice some changes to the forums after today's maintenance.

The forum software has been updated to the latest version and some modification to the forum style were made to bring it in line with the rest of the site.

But the most important change for you will be the reorganisation of some boards. This "MAIW Announcements" forum was created to give you better updates of what's going on here at Military AI Works. The other major change is the new "Unofficial Flight Simulator X Forum" where FSX users finally have their own place to discuss anything related to their sim, but more importantly to share knowledge and even their own modification for the use of MAIW Packages in FSX.

We hope you like these changes. If you want to report a problem you think might be the result of today's maintenance, please report in this thread.

LOL. It's still a major improvement over the cardboard boxes and park benches they had set up around here, no?

It is clear that you spent a good deal of time preparing for this upgrade. It was really decent of you to make the changes that made the FSX'er more included. While I'm more likely to stay with FS9 myself, I feel that being more inclusive of the FSX crowd was the right thing to do. You are to be commended for your excellent efforts that seems to have resulted in a seamless, flawless change over. Thanks!
