First new package after the MAIW's 6th birthday. Downloading now. Thanks to all involved especially Mr Stinstrom. His sceneries are making a whole world of difference to the recent packages. :smt003

Holy moly! 25 years in the making! :P

Nice job! Now just a few erasures of AFB lettering and incorrect shields on Base Ops and the main hangar and you have perfection!

Nice addition of the almost ready for primetime new Tower.

Would you like to add the new UAV hangar and GCSS satellite dishes to the mix?

Thanks so much for finally getting this one done!

2013 Update Part Deux:

The "Twin Towers" of Pope Army Airfield (PAAF) are no more. The old (original) ATC tower was dismantled last week. If the Army has their way, big changes are coming to the legacy C-130 fleet. The ANG will not be happy about AD desires to mothball much of their assets or return them to AD units has part of looming FY14-17 budget cuts. One new rumor even projects C-17s for Pope. Time will tell.
