Overall this is the best site for anything to do with technical perfection intheir product line. Theres not any payware program that at this time will ever surpass what is offered on this site. If there was one thing i would do is i would actually offer installers for all platforms and i would state simply where to place files. There are good convertors out there to take you from fs9 to fsx fsxa but the issue is are they always going to tell yu that it works for 10 minutes then trashes youre stuff. I havent had many issues in the multiple downloads, although i have had scenery disappear and im not sure why. Ive found a few ways to display the areas correctly but what i have found is "IF ITS NOT BROKEN DONT FIX IT" And of course then we learn the hard way. So imstill trying to figure where is the perfect location for the files in FSX FSXA. Superior stuff. Ive just cleaned 11 gigs out of my sim, time to revamp, keep the camo in the dirt and the sunny side up. Hey, its not always sunny in Philadelphia. Semper Fidelis.

We used to have a system more or less the way you suggest, with more than 300 installers released for FS9. Unfortunately, we have one big disadvantage compared to payware companies: we can't seem to keep people motivated long enough with just gratitude and no longer have enough human resources for structured, standardised releases.
