Santa Lucia FSX

Post by shaggy22 »

This package works very well in FSX as a whole, you'll just need the attached file to remove the vegetation. Just place in the MAIW Santa Lucia (MMSM) folder & all should be well.

Does it also flatten? I am using FS Genesis and UTX so I'm not sure that makes a difference.

I have adjusted mine to get the autogen foliage out and make it flat to fit the terrain, that was simple enough.

But here is whole new flavor of FSX wierd behavior: The customer object BGL file keeps disappearing from my designated addon scenery folder. Seems like every time I compile a new ADE file I lose that custom object file. Maybe I will just rename both and see if FSX just objects to the name.... sure would not surprise me.

Have you checked for rogue fs9 traffic files in your system?

In which case I have no idea at all. I run FSX on my system & it runs fine. The normal problem in this case is fs9 files that haven't been converted, did you convert the traffic file using aifp?

Hi Shaggy I fixed the ai traffic issue. But I have a pbm of elevation I believe as when I use the tower view I almost have a top down view>
Would you know where the problem comes from?
Thanks

Glad it's fixed mate. The top down view I have no idea about. I think it may be a FSX default & i've haven't got a clue how to change it, sorry.
