Loring AFB scenery from John Sinstrom has some traffic files inside.
They are in .bgl format but you can extract them with traffic tools.
They have no waypoints but there is traffic at the base now.

Hi! Here's my simple recreation of Griffiss AFB until the professional base is ready. All you need is the MAIW library & MTtrees.

(By the way, any ideas where I could get a good Rickenbacker KLCK scenery for FS9?)
