Actually, thinking about it Hartwig, I think my Finningley scenery was created before we had AI at all. The aircraft were all static if I remember rightly.

Re: JYAI Jet Provost and Strikemaster
The AFCAD I made is aligned with Google Earth, so it is slightly offset from the stock layout. I'm quite happy for it to be adapted in any way that makes it work for FS9 users. I do have later information that tells me my interpretation of the main pan parking that John uses is wrong. Once I get my new version to a working state that I'm happy to share, again I'll be very happy for it to be adapted for FS9, but I think my custom buildings will be too demanding of memory for that sim.
Re: JYAI Jet Provost and Strikemaster
Hi all,
in this period of new masterpieces I come back to an old John's masterpiece.
I still remember a display of the Poachers here in Switzerland, early seventies...
I've installed this package but in the Linton and Church Fenton sceneries I've have a lot of "FS9 style" white trees.
How can I fix it?
Are there more files to delete or do I have to compile a new .bgl with exclude autogen?
Thanks and Ciao from Switzerland

Re: JYAI Jet Provost and Strikemaster
I've just checked my Linton and Church Fenton in FSX and they are textured green. The trees are for FS9, so there is a transparency issue, but they are not white. I'm not sure what to suggest, apart from re-installing the scenery.

I suppose "white trees" means missing textures?
Re: JYAI Jet Provost and Strikemaster
Hi,
I've reinstalled the scenery but no success.
This is what I mean with " white trees"

Re: JYAI Jet Provost and Strikemaster
Are you viewing the trees in winter by chance? The scenery uses seasonal textures and February for example, uses a hard winter texture that is white. Unfortunately, they don't match the autogen trees. If you are viewing in winter, what do you see in summer?
If the trees are still white in summer, could you tell me at which airfield in "Military Airfields of Yorkshire" you are viewing the trees please?

Re: JYAI Jet Provost and Strikemaster
Hello John,
Just a little note to say a HUGE thanks for the lovely JPs (and more recently, the Gazelles, too!). Just did a fairly comprehensive "RAF 1990" massaging of the MAIW Matrix installs and added period-specific models in where appropriate - "proper" red/white Hawks at Valley, your JPs at Church-Fenton, Cranwell, et al. Absolutely lovely, together with some fantastic scenery - it really is appreciated what you and the crew do by punters like me. And even on a modest rig like mine, run great in P3DV4.5.
I'm working on an "RAF 1970", for which, again, your JPs, Buccs, Lightnings, and the NMAI Phantoms will be the key players.
Thanks again!

Hi John,
thank you very much for the Meteor package.
My sky is becoming more and more a mix between good old and modern times.
I've seen the new beautiful trees in Church Fenton and I would like to know how can I install ( if possible) the same ones in the Linton on Ouse scenery.
Thanks a lot lucame ( FSX)

Re: JYAI Jet Provost and Strikemaster
You can't I'm afraid lucame. The new trees were placed specifically for Church Fenton and then welded together as a single object, They have only 4 texture vertices and 1 draw call for all the trees combined. I would need to carry out the same exercise for Linton.
