Congratulations on another great set of models John, where would we be as a community if it wasn't for people with the skill and dedication like you have!

Great job John and Steve.
I guess the last screenshot is taken from FSX or, at least, the scenery is not the Carrier 2006 pack used in the screenshot above.
I can't see all those "wonderful" ground equipment.
I have modified the texture of that pack to hide them all.

The first carrier is FS9 from the Carriers 2006 package and the second is a default FSX carrier from my F-35 package.

I'm pleased to say that after a huge amount of work, including a great deal of effort from Steve to nail the wet and dry FDE, the Hawkeye's and Greyhound's have now been uploaded to the Hangar. There are separate packages for FS9 and for FSX/P3D, including scenery and flight plans.

As always, please give Greg time to make them available.

Hey John, you did it again!!!
Such a wonderful job!
A big thanks for these two models, and I also thanks Steve, for his really good working wet FDE .

On a side note, I think that the Misawa traffic file is not in the package.

Thanks, GIorgio

Thanks for all your work John! The FS9 package is missing the aircraft.cfg for the E-2_Hawkeye_Wing_fold folder.

Apologies for those two omissions. Steve has also noticed that the optional French No3 E-2C in the texture folder has a number "2" on the tail. I'll just wait until the morning before posting a correction for those items just in case anything else crops up this evening.

I noticed my installment FS9 is one missing aircraft.cfg for aircraft folder "JYAI E-2_Hawkeyes_wing_fold" there is a missing aircraft.cfg included. I found FSX there are some already and I copied to put new aircraft.cfg myself. But please check with your upload is missing aircraft.cfg please do re-upload added again.

Thanks,

Stuart

Thank you so much for your hard-working new additional aircraft.

If you use the FSX version of the E-2 wingfold aircraft.cfg file in FS9, you won't have any lights at all. That's because the FSX models have embedded lights. Better to wait until the morning and I'll post the missing FS9 file.

I have a scenery of Naha I created a while back that I never gotten around to releasing. It has tons of civilian and military parking spots, and I just updated it to accommodate the Hawkeyes. I'll send it to the Hangar soon.

John thank you for making these

I can remember the first time I saw the Greyhound and the Hawkeye it was in a video for children called The Big Aircraft Carrier from the Big Adventure Series from Little Mammoth Media it featured the USS Nimitz they flew out to the USS Nimitz in the Greyhound and they showed the Hawkeye when talking about the various aircraft they showed the A6 Intruder F14 Tomcat S3 Viking EA6B Prowler F18 Hornet Hawkeye (they said it’s the carriers eyes and ears) and SH60 Seahawk

The attached zip has the missing aircraft.cfg file for the FS9 E-2 wing fold aircraft and also the FS9 traffic file for the Misawa E-2's. These files are present in the FSX upload, so no action is needed there.

I wasn't able to post the corrected "2" on the tail on the alternative plain grey texture (FS9 and FSX) for Aircraft "3" of the French Navy (instead of the Tiger scheme) because the files are too big, even when split into two (FS9/FSX), so I have asked Steve if he would kindly replace these files, along with the two above, in the zips in the Hangar.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

John

PS: Steve has confirmed that the uploaded zips have now been amended, so anyone downloading from here on, will not need the "missing files" zip.
