So far I've also noticed the runway crash at Lemoore and Mountain Home.

The issue is due to crash boxes around all models in the ABO scenery objects library which contains the arrestor cable model used in many sceneries. A recompiled version without crash boxes will be included in the next version of the Global Libraries package in Matrix.

You can fly with crash detection switched off temporarily if it's really bothering you. Sorry for the inconvenience.
