HI.
I think that on this one rather than attempt any solutions I shall have to leave this to somebody that actually has P3D and knows the Matrix system.
He should be along soon.

Hello Fabien,

I'm not sure what you mean with "P3D librairy", but can you confirm that "Military AI Works Region North America" is or isn't shown in the Add-ons management window in P3Dv4 (you get the window by clicking on the Add-ons button at the bottom of the startup window) and that all other installed regions are showing fine?

hello greg,

I'm talking about p3D bookstore, when you start the flight and you go to the tab world and scenery librairy, here I only have region SA, Asia, Europe, Oceana and global, I miss the region NA that I have previously installed via MATRIX.
and I do not have the addon button in my P3D .
it's weird...

hi ,

it's good, I found the button Addons, but this one for me is accessible only when I launch a flight and indeed the NA region was deactivated. :D

Thanks again for the help, good flight :D

The "Scenery" and "Add-ons" buttons were added to the startup screen in P3D v4.3. I suspect you're still on an older version of the Prepar3D Client. Previous to v4.3, you could only open the window by going to Options -> Add-ons in the in-flight menu, as you found out.

Perhaps you missed the dialog to enable the add-on when P3D was started or clicked on "No" by accident? The dialog is mentioned with a screenshot in section 7 of the manual.
