Hey Greg
At Whiteman AFB I don't get the actual B-2 hangers appearing, but can see the B-2 artwork hanging in the air.
Have I messed up.
Barry
The download hangar is currently disabled. We're doing our best to bring it back as soon as possible.

Re: Whiteman AFB
I am so tempted to say 'yes' here but that doesn't really help much.
So is this scenery that you have converted across yourself or is it part of the standard Matrix install?

Re: Whiteman AFB
OK well that is useful because it shows that it is part of the standard Matrix package and that you are using a P3D conversion of the library.
Now because you get textures hanging there that the objects are there but are invisible. Now you get that with aircraft even in FS9 if there are untextured parts. So I am thinking that the same might be true for P3D ground objects. That they don't appear white they just don't appear.
Pure supposition here, but it seems to fit.
So either the mdls were not converted properly or I am correct and there are textures missing for the lib.
Now in FS9 there is a Whiteman Object Library.lib as part of the scenery.
Loading that up in MCX I can see that there is an object that calls for 'new b-2 hangar.bmp'.
If this has been converted I would expect to find that a search on your system would find a 'Whiteman Object Library.lib' and a ''new b-2 hangar.dds' texture.
Have a look to see if there is a straight forward conversion and we can wait until others that have a deeper knowledge of the Whiteman scenery conversion pop up with maybe some more help.

Re: Whiteman AFB
Barry, the object library "Whiteman Object Library_P3D.BGL" and the texture Steve's referring to should be in "MAIW_NA\MAIW_NA_OBJECTS".
But in this case I suspect a duplicate object library bgl, an old version still lingering somewhere on your system. Do a search for "Whiteman Object Library.bgl" where you normally keep your scenery.

Re: Whiteman AFB
Barry,
The hangar texture should be 'new b-2 hangar.dds' so do you have that in your 'C:\Military AI Works\AI Traffic\Military AI Works\MAIW_NA\MAIW_NA_OBJECTS\Texture'?
To get the full list of textures needed for a lib use MCX.
Load up the lib in MCX and then click on 'Object Report'. That will load an html page which will show all the objects and which graphics they require. A complete list of those used by the entire library is at the bottom.
The nice side effect of the report is that it produces a folder of graphics for the objects. This folder can be copied into your ADE Thumbnails as is and when you add the lib to your ADE Object manager you will also get the images.

Hi Steve
I have the file
New B-2 Hanger.DDS
in the C:\Military AI Works\AI Traffic\Military AI Works\MAIW_NA\MAIW_NA_OBJECTS\Texture folder
In MCX I can load the bgl and go through them until I see the hangers getting loaded and they look fine (although it does complain about ltgreyroof.bmp and taxi_tarmac.bmp by issuing a warning)

Re: Whiteman AFB
OK so either the MAIW_NA_OBJECTS folder is not activated or there is something wrong with either some P3D settings of yours or the conversion itself. I am leaning away from the folder not being active purely because the textures are there in mid-air.
Which version of P3D do you have?
Can anybody else that has NA installed check KSZL and say whether they see the hangars or not, and if you could state your version of P3D it would be useful.

Re: Whiteman AFB
Have checked KSZL and all the hangars are showing correctly. A wander around the base does not show up any obvious anomalies.
It is part of the Matrix with NA at version 2.0.
Version of P3D is 4.4
The only slight problem I have noticed is that on pushback the B2's push back back outside the rear of the hangers. I am going to look at the ADE and see if I can prevent this with a well placed node
Hope this helps.

Hi
I am on P3D 4.4. So strange. I might reinstall NA?
Might be quicker.
