Flickering Hangars and Buildings at Hill AFB

Hello All,

I just wanted to report the dreaded Flickering light problems on most of the buildings at hill AFB on p3dv4.

Hopefully we can get this fixed.

So far I've been unable to solve the flickering. It looks like John Stinstrom didn't use z-bias in his Hill AFB object library for the decals but some other technique.

The next update for North America will not contain a fix for Hill AFB but I'll continue searching for one.
