Can`t use KFFO Scenery

Hi

I have downloaded the KFFO Scenery but I always get error messages during file extraction.

Something must be wrong with the package because I downloaded it two times. I installed KCHS and I have no problem with it.

Where do you download KFFO ? Can you give us the link ?

Were you able to download it? New MAIW makes you sign in to download anything unless its on mediafire.

It's in the Download Hangar, look under scenery.

I' know. I've this one. But Asdro perhaps have another one. So, why it's my question

I donwloaded it from the scenery setion in the download hangar. The download works, but when I want to extract I get errors

Downloaded just now with no problems....file seems to be OK

Good news.
It works now.

I extracted this time the files in another directory.

I can see 10 C-5s and one AWACS.

WHich packs can you recommend for that airbase? I know I have to insall the C-17s, too. But Iam afraid that there anot so much parking spots.


P.S.

I didnt find the C-17 package of Wright patterson. Which package name do I need?

When you search after specific AI aircraft, I suggest you to use this website : http://www.owlsnest.eu/aiaircraft_old.php

For Flight Plan, if they are'nt in the website I mention, you can search on this forum. There probably is a topic about them.

The website is for the AI model (and when FP are in, it's mentionned).

Not really FP, but a solution to make C-17 FP possible. Just some little work to do with the files. Just read, and I hope you can do it on your computer.

look ime not sure if you know how to edit flight plans. download the AMC East C-5 Galaxy package from the owls nest. Then you will extract it, and you should have a folder called Military AI Works. Then open that folder and you will have 3 text files, one being aircraft, another being flightplans. In the aircraft cfg for the Boeing copy the aircraft titles over the KFFO Galaxy's in the aircraft_AMC East C5 and it should work fine. Its the easiest possible solution for this scenario. Then get ttools and compile that new flight plant into you fs9/scenery/world/scenery folder. Any questions?
