Removing Default Buildings

I just purchased INSTANT SCENERY and I am wondering is there a way to remove the default scenery buildings from a particular location? For example I was playing around at McChord AFB (default scenery) and wanted to put a hangar where another building is.

I am new at this so please be patient with me.

Thanks Danny. I've been trying to find bglcomp_SDK and can't find where to get it. I've searched Microsoft's site and I'm not having any success. It's early in the AM and I've got to go to work, so I'll try when I get home.
