Can one of you guys who has installed the latest version of FSDS, v3.5.1, check to see if you still have "scenery key frame animation" and "Tick18" under that animation tree.
I tried to animate something last night and noticed, that "tick18" seems to be missing all together along with "scenery key frame animation". Yet the help file on how to animate an object has been updated from v3.0 and clearly mentions selecting "scenery key frame animation".
So before I go and email Abacus, can one of you guys create a dummy part and check to see if you can select "tick18" and "scenery key frame animation" from the Parts Properites menu.
The download hangar is currently disabled. We're doing our best to bring it back as soon as possible.

I think they forgot to put it in there when they made the upgrade.

Indeed it's MIA. Luckily here is the fix:
In your main FSDS V3.5.1 folder, go into the FSDS txt file called "PartNames.txt" and add the following anywhere in that text file.
[scenery key frame animation]
Tick18 ; controls clock (timer) running at 18 Hz
And all will work like in FSDS 3.0
