I think by memories he means everything he has done on fs2004 so far, flights, addons, saves, etc, if this is the case and you are pc literate and know how to remove a hard drive and insert it into a new pc or even a hdd docking station, this would help you get any files, downloads, saves etc back ...

Hmmm im not sure i know anyone who has hundreds of hours to spare for free designing and making a game/sim, what skills do you have to offer in making this happen? can you code? design scenery? textures? sounds? make models? etc etc

Maybe pitch your ideas to a software developer?
