If you are trying different traffic files, check in AIFP that the aircraft in the flight plan are the ones in your airplanes folder.

Is there anything you have learned from the SJ experience that you can apply to Nellis, eg, don't try to change what isn't broke, re-install from scratch and ensure the traffic file is converted to FSX format, ...

I think you had an FS9 traffic file preventing the AI from showing. It's usually the problem in 90% of cases were AI is not showing in FSX. It's why I was keen for you to post the file so I could take a look at it. Never mind though, I'm glad the problem is solved and that you have learned something...

What was it that you did right?

After all the time we have spent on this, it would be good to understand what the problem was and how you will carry the
solution forward to the other airfields where the AI is not showing.

I've just finished a test using the converted MAIW KRAI F-15 from a fresh download, the MAIW_AF2_KGSB_Custom.bgl AFCAD that I already had, and my own test traffic file with 10 of the SJ aircraft. I have that AFCAD and I can download the MAIW KRAI model (why don't you use mine, it's much more detailed?). Can you post the traffic file you are using please? Should have some time later this evening to try some tests. Just a thought, you don't have a duplicate AFCAD for Seymour Johnson installed?...

When you say "lead" are you referring to the parking code? If that's the case, you can use any code you like so long as it doesn't exceed 4 characters and it matches what you have put in the aircraft entries in the aircraft.cfg file. That's unless you want squadrons of the same aircraft ty...

Just tested the download for P3Dv5 and can conform that the file is "not found". FSX version downloads fine.

I'm sure Martin will look into this when he next gets the opportunity.

Sorry Dan, what won't allow you to save anything in a bmp format and from what? I can go from Paintshop Pro (.psp) to GIMP (save as .psd) to Paintshop Pro (save as.bmp) without a problem - just tested it.

Turn off all your German sceneries, except for Schleswig and see if the problems disappear. If they do, turn back on half of the other German sceneries and see what happens. If all is clear test the other half. If there is a problem, split that half and use a process of division to find the culprit....
